I have notified that you are incapable of monitoring and motivate yourself to generate more sales visits on daily basis.
It is unbecoming for me to accept only one or two sales visits daily to your area of concern (i.e Govt department)
I believed all the govt department are in operations from Monday to Friday from 7.30am to 5.30pm.
It is intolerable if you only spent only one or two hours of your working hours for sales visits
to one or two area. What about the rest of the quality hours?
What about the rest of the new or never visit government arm? Where are they?
Are keeping all the agencies under your carpet or they are just being ignored by you.
From today onwards, I expect that you have to take immediate actions to improve your track record from Securing functions, Closing Sales Deal and Collections of Payment.
Your Holiday is Over. I am giving you 90 days (3 month) from January 01, 2011 to March 31, 2011 for a correctional period.
If things doesn't happen as the management expected than I believed you can decide what are you going to do next.
